SCALA Energy signs agreement with Wallbox to Offer Advanced EV Charging Solutions and Energy Management in the Israeli Market

Tel-Aviv, August 28th, 2022. SCALA Energy, a leader in providing innovative energy services and solutions in Israel announced a new commercial partnership with Wallbox N.V. (NYSE:WBX), a leading provider of charging and energy management solutions for electric vehicles worldwide. The two companies will develop the EV charging business in the Israeli market, to accelerate the adoption of EV chargers in Israel SCALA Energy provides innovative and profitable energy solutions in the fields of Energy efficiency solutions, Solar PV systems, and EV charging. The announcement of partnership between Wallbox and SCALA Energy has already been followed by a strategic investment in SCALA Energy made by Allied Holdings, one of Israel’s largest and most prominent holding groups. Allied operates in five verticals – automotive, real estate, infrastructure, retail, and logistics. In the automotive sector, Allied controls Champion Motors, the official importer and distributer of VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, and Cupra to Israel. Allied recently announced that one of its subsidiaries, Shlomo Motors (50%), will begin importing BYD passenger cars to Israel this year.
